    Of course! Sending gifts to family, friends, or coworkers? We make it easy to ship gift boxes to multiple addresses. Just contact us if you need a hand with a larger order.
  • What's included in each gift box?
    Each product listing includes a complete list of everything inside the box. We carefully curate each package with authentic New England favorites.
  • Can I include a gift message?
    Yes! You can add a personalized gift message during checkout, and we'll include it with your order.
  • Are your products made in New England?
    Whenever possible, we source products from New England businesses and makers. Our goal is to celebrate the best of each state.
  • Do you offer corporate or bulk gifts?

  • Will the exact products ever change?
    Occasionally, an item may need to be substituted due to availability. If that happens, we'll replace it with a product of equal or greater value that fits the same theme.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we'll work with you to make it right.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes.
  • How long will the food stay fresh?
    All food products are shelf stable and carefully selected to arrive fresh. Please check individual packaging for best by dates.
  • Do you offer allergy friendly boxes?
    Many of our products contain common allergens. Please review each product listing carefully before ordering. You can also reach out directly, and we can work with you to create a specific package to meet your needs.
